Sleep Test Procedure: 
  1. Order the sleep test service & fill out the Sleep Test Service Form
  2. Ring will be shipped to your address 
  3. Sleep with sleep tracking ring for 3 nights min at home
  4. Ship the sleep tracking ring back to us for report generation (Return shipping included) 
  5. Schedule a time for your report debrief (by a Sleep Coach and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach)
  6. DONE

Report - Debrief Location: GoalCraft office at Kennedy Town (2 mins from Exit A MTR) or Zoom Session.
